Last week, an acquaintance asked where I’d be spending Christmas this year.
“Toronto,” I answered immediately.
Her eyes went wide. “But won’t it be incredibly cold?”
I had to laugh, because that’s everyone’s response when they hear you’re Toronto-bound in winter. It’s not that bad! Okay, sometimes it is — and sometimes it’s quite snowy — but there’s no point complaining about it. Toronto is one of the best cities for foodies, and that includes the gluten-free ones.
