I also heard from someone who wanted to share GFGB newsletters with friends, but thought they couldn’t because their friends don’t have Substack accounts. It’s been a while since I was in Vancouver, but I remember the visit well, since I was out west for the last Left Coast Crime fiction conference before the pandemic hit. I’ve been itching to head west again, which had me going through my notes to check which places are still in business. I’m thrilled to report that many of my favorites are still around. All of these spots have a history of taking excellent care of their gluten-free guests.
